Welcome to the Will County Republican Central Committee. Many of our Republican Committeemen ran in the April 9, 2013 Consolidated Elections. In half of the townships, Republican candidates swept their races. Where the Democrats spent the most time and effort, they lost by huge margins. In Lockport Township, Republicans got elected for local offices in the first time in 32 years.
Please join us and find out more about our organization, hear our featured speakers, talk to our elected government office holders, learning about volunteer opportunities to work for candidates who are for less taxes, meet the Republican Precinct Committeemen, and add your voice to our efforts to improve government.
On June 17, 2014, the Will County Republican Cocktail Meet and Greet at the Bolingbrook Country Club, was a financial success. All donors of a thousand dollars or more will have their names listed on this front page for one year (unless the donor decides to opt out). These donors are Roger Claar, Mayor of Boilingbrook, Richard Kavanagh of Kavanagh, Gromley and Gorbold, Nick Ficarello, William Christakes (Alsip's Nurseries), Lawrence Peet (Republican Committeeman), Edward Ronkowski, Chairman of the WCRCC, and Margo McDermed, Candidate for Illinois House District 37.
Thanks to the effort of the Will County Republican Precinct Committeemen leading up the the General Election on November 4, 2014, Will County was one of the top counties in Illinois of votes for Bruce Rauner. Republicans also won back the Will County Board.
